This 1980’s built home has had a major transformation inside and out to bring it on trend with design and functionality of today’s lifestyle for a busy working family.
The entire downstairs was gutted for a fresh start. Existing columns were removed, cabinetry, flooring and a large new doorway created to connect the alfresco and living areas. The paramount focus of the renovation was the kitchen. A streamline modern design was achieved with white finger pull fronts, Caesarstone benchtops and matt black features giving a striking contrast. Timber veneers add warmth and complement the floor while a unique groutless tile splashback offers texture and architectural quality. Fitted with Miele appliance this kitchen exceeded all expectations.
The adjacent living area now boasts a Jetmaster gas fire, recessed tv and custom cabinetry. The wall paper feature adds colour and life to an otherwise neutral palate. The new commercial stacking door enhances indoor/ outdoor living and enables views to the pool area.
A theater room was also created closer to the homes entry, fitted out with a raised viewing platform, strip step lighting, acoustic paneling and more custom cabinetry. Surround sound and a 100 inch tv complete the entertainment experience.
Leading upstairs to the expansive bar and sitting area, a perfect place to unwind or entertain capturing ocean views. A full height mirror wall with floating shelves display a classy finish to this once run down and dated room.
